Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and No Longer Part of Victoria Conservation Park Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, being the minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land in the West Coast Conservancy described in the Schedule hereto, declares that the land is held for conservation purposes, for the purpose of a conservation park. Further, pursuant to section 18 (7) of the Conservation Act, the Minister of Conservation revokes the purpose for which the land is held as part of Victoria Conservation Park and declares the land be held for the purpose of a stewardship area. Schedule Nelson Land District Buller District 4.9931 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Survey Office Plan 15437, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District.
