Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 12th day of May 1997: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule South Auckland Land District Thames-Coromandel District Council 437 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. S. 74746, situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District.
