Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of a Reserve Pursuant to sections 27 and 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in The Banks Peninsula District Council of the local purpose (hall site) reserve described in the Schedule hereto and revokes the reservation over the said reserve.
