Declaration of Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve Firstly: Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of that part of the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to which section 62 of the Act does not apply, hereby jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes; and Secondly: Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the part of the land in the Schedule hereto, to which section 62 of the Act applies is held for conservation purposes; and Thirdly: Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area so declared shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
