Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Ruapekapeka Historic Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a historic reserve and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ruapekapeka Historic Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Whangarei District 13.0662 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 33, Ruapekapeka Parish, situated in Block I, Hukerenui Survey District.
