Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends errors in the notice classifying a reserve dated the 24th day of May 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1995, page 1363, by replacing the description in the Schedule thereto with the following: Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 3694.4276 hectares, more or less, being Sections 9 and 10, Block VI, Sections 13, 22 and 28, Block VII, Section 9, Block IX, part Section 16, Sections 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 40, Block X, Section 7, Block XIII and Sections 4 and 5, Block XIV, Hope Survey District, Section 15, Block V, part Section 10, Block VI, part Sections 4 and 5, Block X and Sections 7 and 17, Block XIV, Howard Survey District.
