Transfer of Unformed Legal Road, Block VII, Kaeo Survey District in Far North District Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Far North District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
