Vesting a Reserve in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council in trust for recreation purposes.
