Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) and (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of cultural importance and spiritual significance, to be known as Te Turuki B2 for the common use and benefit of Maori people generally and to form part of the existing Maori reservation created over Te Turuki B1 and Te Turuki B3 under the provisions of section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Russell Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 531 Te Turuki B2, being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 19D, folio 878.
