Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and associated cultural purposes, to be known as Waiohou for the common use and benefit of the issue and descendants of Henare Wharara Toka and Hana Marsea Wharara Toka. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Hukatere Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0234 Part Te Komiti 2A2, being part of the land contained in combined partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 28 November 1904.
