Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation reserve, to be known as Te Wairoa Trust for the common use and benefit of the issue and descendants of Eugene Wharepouri and Huhana Te Reokaha Waetford. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Opuawhanga Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 6772 Part Matapouri 1A, being part of the land contained in combined partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 19 March 1965.
