Vesting of Reserve in The Marlborough District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Acting Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in The Marlborough District Council in trust for recreation purposes.
