Land at Levels, Timaru, Acquired for Aerodrome Purposes Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be acquired for aerodrome purposes and shall vest in The Timaru District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
