Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That an Area Becomes a Scientific Reserve Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, further declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scientific reserve, subject to the provisions of section 21 of the latter Act.
