Notice of Intention to Compulsorily Acquire Land In the matter of the Public Works Act 1981, and in the matter of Parts Lots 3 and 5, Deposited Plan 6396 (Hawkes Bay Registry): Take notice that the Napier City Council intends to take parts Lots 3 and 5, Deposited Plan 6396, containing 2659 square metres and as more particularly shown as area ``A'' on Survey Office Plan 10722, a copy of which may be viewed at the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier. There is no title to the land. The land is to be acquired for road.
