Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (landscape) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Canterbury Land District Christchurch City 296 square metres, being Section 1, S.O. 18957. Subject to section 7 (1) of the Christchurch City (Reserves) Empowering Act 1971.
