Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Act, the Minister further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, to be classified as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
