Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Wellington City Council on 10 August 1994: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be local purpose reserves (utility) within the meaning of section 23 of the said Act''.
