Harbour Limits (Lake Waihola) Order 1997 MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 1st day of December 1997 Present:His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order. O r d e r 1. Title and commencement (1) This order may be cited as the Harbour Limits (Lake Waihola) Order 1997. (2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Lake Waihola harbour limits defined The limits specified in the Schedule to this order are hereby defined as the harbour limits for Lake Waihola. Schedule All the navigable waters of Lake Waihola to the margin of Lake Waihola at ordinary lake level, up to but not including the Waipori River tributaries and channels.
