Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 10th day of November 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Gregory William Bond of 53 Garland Drive, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 7 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charges of driving while disqualified (2) and driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge A. Gaskell, has ordered that a Honda Accord, registration No. JM 8389 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Gregory William Bond, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
