Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 11th day of November 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Dane Curtis Britton of 2/809 Heaphy Crescent, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified having previously been disqualified. Gaskell, has ordered that a Holden Camira, registration No. LR 1451 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Dane Curtis Britton, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
