National Marine Oil Spill Contingency Plan Pursuant to section 297 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, I, Jennifer Mary Shipley, Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the Director of Maritime Safety must, by 31 March 1997, prepare the National Marine Oil Spill Contingency Plan that the Director is required to prepare in accordance with sections 296 to 298 of the Maritime Transport Act.
