Order Suspension From Practice of a Barrister and Solicitor In the High Court of New Zealand, Wellington Registry M. No. 28/97 In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, and in the matter of Malta Greening Sidney, barrister and solicitor of Auckland: Pursuant to section 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of July 1994, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows: 1. That the practitioner be suspended for a period to expire on 30 May 1997. 2. That the practitioner shall not practice as a solicitor on his own account whether in partnership or otherwise until authorised by the tribunal to do so. 3. That the practitioner be censured. 4. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $3,775.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by this tribunal. 5. That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $20,000.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to inquiry by that society.
