Termination of Imposition of Notice Imposing Countervailing Duty in Respect of Canned Peaches from South Africa In accordance with section 14 (7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (``the Act''), I hereby terminate, with effect from 19 July 1997, the imposition of countervailing duty imposed on canned peaches from South Africa by reason that a review under section 14 (8) of the Act has found that the subsidy programme in respect of which the countervailing duties were imposed has been terminated and there is no longer a need for the imposition of countervailing duty on the goods. The notice entitled ``Final Determination of Subsidy Investigation: Canned Peaches From South Africa'' dated 9 May 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 May 1997 is hereby revoked.
