The Airport Authorities (The Kaikoura District Council) Order 1997 MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 24th day of November 1997 Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 3 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order. O r d e r 1. Title and commencement (1) This order may be cited as the Airport Authorities (The Kaikoura District Council) Order 1997. (2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette. 2. Consent to Kaikoura District Council establishing and carrying on airport at Kaikoura Consent is given to The Kaikoura District Council to establish, improve, maintain, operate, and manage an airport (including the approaches, buildings, and other accommodation, and equipment and appurtenances) at Kaikoura on the land described in the Schedule and to acquire additional land for any such purpose.
