New Zealand Marine Oil Spill Response Strategy Pursuant to section 283 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, I, Jennifer Mary Shipley, Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the Director of Maritime Safety must, by 28 February 1997, prepare the New Zealand Marine Oil Spill Response Strategy that the Director is required to prepare in accordance with sections 283 to 285 of the Maritime Transport Act.
