Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Royal Tongan Airlines Limited of Nuku'alofa, Tonga, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for its services to New Zealand to be carried on in accordance with an appropriate operating authorisation issued to Air Pacific Limited, Air New Zealand Limited or Polynesian Limited by the Director of Civil Aviation of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand.
