Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 10th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Robert James Shaw of 2/85 Greenwood Street, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 2 years imprisonment following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified having previously been convicted. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff, has ordered that a 1974 Holden Kingswood, registration No. HA 3944 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Robert James Shaw, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
