Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 18th day of September 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Kelly William McLean of 22 Susan Place, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 4 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea, has ordered that a Mazda 626, registration No. JQ 8699 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kelly William McLean, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
