Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling 1. This is a notice of a withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91fj of the Tax Administration Act 1994. 2. Product ruling 97/64 is hereby withdrawn, due to a numerical typographical error and so that the operation of the arrangement is able to be clarified in a replacement ruling. It is replaced by product ruling 97/67. 3. Product ruling 97/64 originally applied to a share option scheme for the period 5 August 1997 to 1 April 2004, and notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 August 1997. 4.
