Environment Commissioners Appointed Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint Ngaire Anne Burley, researcher of Christchurch Robert Francis Gapes, engineer of Auckland and Roger Samuel Tasker, farmer of Ashburton each as a Commissioner of the Environment Court for a term of 5 years on and from the date hereof.
