Aotearoa Institute Change of Name Pursuant to section 162 (5) of the Education Act 1989, and following a recommendation of the Council of the Aotearoa Institute, I, Wyatt Beetham Creech, hereby give the following notice: N o t i c e 1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Te Wananga o Aotearoa Te Kuratini o Nga Waka Notice 1997. (2) This notice shall come into force on 1 June 1997. 2. The Aotearoa Institute, established as a Wananga under the Education (Aotearoa Institute) Order 1993 (SR1993/183), shall now be called Te Wananga o Aotearoa Te Kuratini o Nga Waka.
