Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 300 of the Companies Act 1955 Former Property of R O Sandstad Limited In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of sections 299 and 300 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of R O Sandstad Limited (dissolved): Whereas on 24 April 1997, I, Mark Prebble, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, first became aware that the Crown was vested (by virtue of the removal of R O Sandstad Limited from the Register of Companies on 10 January 1996) with rights as lessee under lease C. 472784.3 dated 14 April 1993 between Douglas Dowson and Jean Helen Dowson, both retired of Whangarei, as lessors and R O Sandstad Limited, as lessee, in respect of premises situated at 66 Mount Eden Road, Auckland, registered on 21 April 1993 at the Auckland Land Registry against certificate of title 92B/643 (``the lease''). And whereas the lease is onerous property in terms of section 243 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, in that it may give rise to a liability to pay money on the part of the Crown. Take notice that I, Mark Prebble, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the lease.
