Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha Amendment Notice 1997 Pursuant to section 155 (8) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Maori, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha Amendment Notice 1997. 2. The notice entitled, ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha'', published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 July 1991, No. 110, page 2429, is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 and substituting the following clause: ``5. Constitution of the Board of Trustees The board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Whakapumau I Te Reo Tuuturu Ki Waitaha, shall comprise: (a) Five elected parent representatives (b) The principal (c) A staff representative (d) Not more than four persons co-opted by the board.'' 3.
