Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990 Amendment No. 4 Pursuant to section 26a (1) (c) (i) of the Conservation Act 1987 (as inserted by section 17 of the Conservation Law Reform Act 1990), I, Nick Smith, Minister of Conservation, hereby amend the ``Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990'', published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 May 1990, on page 1861. 1. This amending notice may be cited as the Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990 Amendment No. 4, and it shall be read together with and deemed part of the Definitions of Fish and Game Regions Boundaries Notice 1990, (hereinafter referred to as the ``principal notice''). 2. This amending notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 3. Paragraph seven in the principal notice defining the Nelson/Marlborough Fish and Game Region is amended by adding the following wording to the end of the paragraph: ``and all the waters, islands and inlets (named or unnamed), shown as area ``A'' on S.O. Plan 15404, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor of the Nelson Land District.'' 4. Explanatory Note: The boundary amendment places all the waters, islands and inlets (named or unnamed), shown as area ``A'' on S.O. Plan 15404, within the Nelson/Marlborough Fish and Game Region.
