Standard Grade for the Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, Amendment No. 2 (Ag. 12/2/14; No. 1036) This notice amends the Standard Grade for Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992 (Notice No. 5147; Ag. 12/2/14) published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 1992, Issue No. 60, at page 1224 (the ``standard grade''). Pursuant to regulation 13 (1) of the New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1975* the Director-General of Agriculture hereby determines that the standard grade is varied as specified in this notice. N o t i c e 1. Title (1) This notice may be cited as the Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, Amendment No. 2. (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Amendment The Kiwifruit Sold on the Local Market and for Export to Australia Notice 1992, is hereby amended by revoking paragraph b of clause 6, which provides: ``The kiwifruit must have a minimum average soluble solids level of 6.2 percent prior to harvest.''
