N o t i c e 1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (New Zealand Teleport Holdings Limited) Notice 1997. 2. Revocation of registration as registered operator The registration of New Zealand Teleport Holdings Limited as a registered operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications (International Services) Regulations 1994 (``the regulations''), done on 15 March 1996 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette on 18 April 1996, was revoked, pursuant to regulation 8 of the regulations on 15 March 1997.
