Acceptance of Undertaking in Respect of Canned Apricots From South Africa Pursuant to section 15 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I hereby give notice that I have accepted an undertaking from Langeberg Foods International and Ashton Canning Co (Pty) Limited, that they will so conduct future exports to New Zealand of canned apricots to avoid causing or threatening to cause material injury to a New Zealand industry. The investigation into the subsidisation of exports by South African suppliers other than those specified above shall be continued and completed. Notice is also given, pursuant to section 15 (4) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, that the investigation of the extent of the injury to the industry caused by exports by Langeberg Foods International and Ashton Canning Co (Pty) Limited of canned apricots from South Africa shall be continued and completed.
