Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Anti-dumping Duty on Hog Bristle Paintbrushes From China I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 14 (8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have initiated a review of the need for the continued imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. The duty was imposed by the Acting Minister of Customs in a notice dated 31 May 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 June 1988, and amended in a notice given by the Minister of Commerce dated 2 April 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 April 1992. Schedule Goods Subject to Review Country of Origin The Peoples Republic of China. Description of Goods Hog bristle paintbrushes for household or industrial use. The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 9603.40.00 02D of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
