Waikaraka Farm Limited The Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Waikaraka Farm Limited, having its registered office at the offices of Busing Russell & Co, Chartered Accountants, 9 Vivian Street (P.O. Box 69), New Plymouth, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 of the above Act on the grounds: (a) That the company has ceased to carry on business; (b) That the company has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; (c) That the company had distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the above Act.
