Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Auckland Strategic Financial Services Limited AK. 688229 (hereinafter called the company): I, Gregory James Moyle, company director of Auckland, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies that Auckland Strategic Financial Services Limited, a duly registered company of 17 Hamilton Road, Herne Bay, Auckland, be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. Any objection to this removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, should be made to the Registrar of Companies by Friday, the 14th day of February 1997, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
