West Seven Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register West Seven Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') which has its registered office at 1117 Church Street, Wellington, by request under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have forwarded their final report to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 (1) of the Act. The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is not less than 20 working days after the date of the notice.
