Wairoa Developments Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1995 Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to make application to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the company from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased carrying on business and has discharged its liabilities.
