Application for Order Under Charitable Trusts Act 1957 Under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of the George Gall Scott Trust, and in the matter of an application by Perpetual Trust Limited under section 32 for a variation of trust: By Perpetual Trust Limited: Take notice that on 21 May 1997 at 9.45 a.m., the applicant will apply to the High Court at Dunedin for an order varying the George Gall Scott Trust to provide for the following by descending order of priority: (1) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time activities in or upon the Gimmerburn Domain and securing the proper use and enjoyment of the Gimmerburn Domain for members of the public. (2) For the purpose of providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time activities for members of the public within the Maniototo area. (3) For the purpose of providing or assisting in the provision of health care and health care facilities within the Maniototo area for members of the public or for the provision of or assistance in provision of health care and health care facilities outside the Maniototo area to a member of the public ordinarily resident in the Maniototo. (4) For such other charitable purposes in the Maniototo area as the trustee determines. And take notice that if the person desires to oppose the scheme, he or she shall give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Dunedin and the Attorney-General (care of the Crown Law Office (Attention: T.
