Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation and/or for Order Under Section 209zg of the Companies Act 1955 Take notice that on the 18th day of March 1997, an application for putting Southland Sand and Gravel Company 1972 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Take notice that on the 18th day of March 1997, an application for an order under section 209zg of the Companies Act 1955, in respect of Southland Sand and Gravel Company 1972 Limited, was also filed in the High Court at Invercargill. The orders under section 209zg sought by the plaintiff, Graham McAra, are orders: (a) That Raymond John Robinson, Peter Harold Robinson and Florence Rose Robinson purchase the plaintiff's shares in the company at fair value. (b) That the company and/or Raymond John Robinson and Peter Harold Robinson pay compensation to the plaintiff in respect of losses estimated at $61,400.00. (c) That interest be paid to the plaintiff on the moneys due to him. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 5th day of May 1997 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
