The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 2, 1997 Pursuant to sections 52 (1) (c) and 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 2, 1997. (2) The localities specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. (3) The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1986* is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Whangarei District at Maungakaramea: Maungakaramea Road: from Tauraroa Road to a point 250 metres measured easterly, generally, along Maungakaramea Road from Tauraroa Road. Tangihua Road: from Tauraroa Road to a point 500 metres measured westerly, generally, along Tangihua Road from Tauraroa Road.
