The Traffic (Tasman District) Notice No. 2, 1997 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads and Rail, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tasman District) Notice No. 2, 1997. (2) The road in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed-limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. (3) That part of the Third Schedule of The Traffic (Tasman District) Notice No. 1, 1991* pertaining to the road listed in the Schedule is revoked. Schedule Situated within Tasman District at Upper Moutere: Moutere Highway: from a point 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said highway from Sunrise Valley Road to a point 380 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said highway from Supplejack Valley Road.
