The Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 2, 1997 Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand, dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads and Rail, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin District) Notice No. 2, 1997. (2) The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1997. Schedule SITUATED within Franklin District at Port Waikato: Port Waikato Waikaretu Coast Road: From a point 500 metres measured southerly, generally along Port Waikato Waikaretu Coast Road from Maunsell Road to a point 900 metres measured southerly, generally along Port Waikato Waikaretu Coast Road from Maunsell Road.
