Notification of Maritime Rules Pursuant to section 448 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, notification is hereby given of the making of the maritime rules Part 21: Safe Ship Management Systems. Rules 21.2 to 21.12 of Part 21 shall come into force on the 21st day of August 1997 and rule 21.13 of Part 21 shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1998. Part 21 is available for inspection at the Head Office of the Maritime Safety Authority of New Zealand, Level Eight, AMP House, 109 Featherston Street, Wellington, and for purchase from Publishing Solutions Limited, P.O.
