The Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty) Notice 1997 Pursuant to sections 52 (1) (c) and 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty) Notice 1997. (2) The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. (3) The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. (4) The following notice is revoked: The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 3, 1986*. First Schedule SITUATED within Western Bay of Plenty District at Te Puna: Fairlie Grove. Lindoch Avenue. Matahiwi Road. Snodgrass Road: from a point 150 metres, measured south-easterly generally along Snodgrass Road from Lindoch Avenue to Wallace Road. Te Puna Road: from a point 100 metres, measured southerly generally along Te Puna Road from Borell Road to a point 50 metres measured northerly generally along Te Puna Road from James Road. Wallace Road. Second Schedule SITUATED within Western Bay of Plenty District at Te Puna: Newnham Road. Park Lane. Snodgrass Road: from a point 40 metres, measured southerly generally along Snodgrass Road from Borell Road to a point 150 metres, measured south-easterly generally along Snodgrass Road from Lindoch Avenue.
